Chairman Giles Cooper has instigated a full staffing review of the charity, with the asistance of the other Trustees, Clintons Solicitors and HR Consultant, Helen Nagle.
Giles Cooper said "It's so great that numerous members of our staff have been with us for so many years. However, as a result there are huge differences in emplolyment terms between staff members, making it very unfair for some. We need to introduce standardised employment terms across our charity, ensuring that they are favourable but also compliant with current legislation."
It is thought that the Staffing Review will save the charity almost £300,000 per year!
